Membership base that is NOT full of fools. Noobs are fine, they can be taught but fools are different. 2. A guarantee of a trade circle. 3. Good guides on nation building and how war might be different than from CN-SE. I am just returning and need to refresh myself. 4. If you waste my time I will quit and attack your alliance possibly. So make sure you have what I asked for. I give that a 20% chance of happening. Odds are I will just join a different alliance. 5. Don't be a dink 6. ????? 7.
