Bolivia

http://upload.wikime...via_(state).svg

The people of former Bolivia do hereby accept the right to form their own goverment and nation. The nation of Bolivia is devoting it's resources to improving the conditions of every-day life in its territories.

Basing our declaration on that of Modern day Mexico with slight adjustments, we aim to create a country of progress and understanding. Though only in an infancy for knowledge on how to run a country. We trust the leaders of South America to guide our growth and progress. We will promise our citizens free schooling k-College and implement laws to end poverty altogether within the confines of our border. The nation of Sucre will be led by President Miguél Gonzado Robles, a member of the Sucre Republican Party, 30. A firm believer of civil rights and research. Althought the majority of the country has yet to form. We believe if given the correct tools Bolivia can become a stable and prominent nation in the future.

Bolivia will begin to open Embassy ground in La Paz. Representatives of Bolivia and/or the Presidential staff will be going on diplomatic missions in South America prior to enacting new policies and economic plans.

Is Space our next step?

Recent work in the newly formed United Bolivia Space Association(UBSA)has shown fruit of its labour as 1.6 million was spent on building five satellites to put into space monitoring United Bolivia and serving as waypoints for something more. A rep from the military said in a quote expressing interest "Well you see these satellites can also be used for the military and not only the UBSA."

The satellite launch will be aired on national television as people around the country watch on this historic moment in United Bolivia's legacy.

From: Jean Nividy, President of Madagascar

Madagascar has an abundance of resources and at present little coordinated commerce. Your people share similar resources and industry, and face the same challenge of nation building as we do. That is why I am personally recommending a Free Trade Agreement between our two countries, so that our cooperative resources may be put to bettering our peoples, our industry, our economies, and our nations.

On a second note, I would like to open Madagascar's first embassy to the world in your newly established nation. A strong diplomatic service between us will serve our interests better in the short and long term.

Thank you,

Jean Nividy

Dear President,

We thank you for expressing interest in opening an Embassy and furthering our diplomatic relations through a free trade agreement. We'd be delighted to accommodate a diplomatic team to one of our compounds. We as well would like to speak face to face concerning the exact parameters of our trade agreement, specifically how we can help each other to improve our economies. I understand that Madagascar faces extreme poverty and, we would be enamored if you'd invest in our Stock Market. We in turn would be willing to invest a large sum of money into the Republic provided it goes to industrializing and creating more opportunity for the citizens in Madagascar.
.
Here are our guidelines for a diplomatic team: You are to declare the number and type of weapons and vehicles that may be utilized by your Embassy. Official United Bolivia Statement

President Robles has signed a bill that will open completely turn 55% of Chuquisaca into an industrial park. This new bill is estimated to create roughly 300,000 jobs as miles upon miles of land are going to be turned into the United Bolivia workhorse.

In order to silence the environmentalist outrage President Robles has also signed into law a quota to which for every square mile of land deforested, a thousand trees must be replanted elsewhere in United Bolivia. Also for appeasement was the formation of six national parks for a total of 5,000 sq. miles to help preserve the natural habitats of the displaced wildlife. A sum of 2 billion Boliviars will be granted to the UBWA(United Bolivia Wildlife Association) to be used strictly for breeding programs and relocation programs to rare or endangered species in United Bolivia.
