Average Casualties over time instead of just using the end point based prizes

Recommended Posts

Most attacking casualties and most defending casualties are both prizes that encourage building big and pushing off war in favor of growth. Same is true of most destructive war, and highest ns.  All of which keeps the same incentive structure.

One possible alternative is to use an averaged rank, or weighted casualty sum.  Casualties taken either daily, or even after every month and weighting this would help with this incentive imbalance.  Similarly, most destructive war could be measured as total war destruction -- a stat which would be great to be able to see anyway.
