Reborn from the ashes of the old, and fused forevermore with the new, we proclaim our existence today and announce our unyielding endeavor to uphold the common values of Honor, Integrity and Unity. We the nations of the North American Confederacy do ordain and establish our Charter and agree to abide by the rules and articles established within from this day forth. While the NAC is committed to the maintenance of peaceful and respectful interactions with all comers, while we seek to avoid senseless conflict whenever possible, we remain committed to defend not only our own values but those of our allies. Therefore, if action is called for by the principles of our foundation we will act accordingly, and with wanton disregard for whatever losses we might incur, to defend not only our values and our alliance but those of our friends and allies. Why start over again you might ask? The answer is simple, it's hard to find the perfect home and when the 3 original members of The NAC all became active again, it was clear what we wanted to do. We all know there is more to an alliance than changing a name and opening a forum, and we could not be here today if not for our long time friends at Valhalla who have extended a hand in offering us the protection needed to get started. Also it would be hard to start over without consent from DB4D seeing that is where NAC merged last July. Finally a special thanks needs to be thrown to The Java House League for supporting the idea and not taking offense when a handful of former NACers left to work on this endeavor. Never an easy situation and I have seen many close friendships fall apart for much less. Thank you from all of us. We will be always grateful.
