In a short time, the Dominion has seen the NCPA structure itself on a path to a bright future. We proudly announce our protection of the NCPA as an extension of trust and respect. We will be there to support them in their endeavours and lend a helping hand if need be. We know they will grow into a formidable alliance one day. Upon this objective's completion, this Protectorate will be null and discussions on an upgrade will take place. Article I: Charter DRN agrees to allow NCPA its own charter in order to maintain its right to sovereignty. Article II: Protection DRN hereby agrees to aid NCPA in a military manner when required, in the event that a NCPA member comes under attack. Article III: Information If NCPA comes into possession of any information that could cause harm to NCPA, they will hand it over to DRN immediately (to a government official or the Sovereign). "Immediately" being defined as within 48 hours, and without sharing the information. The same procedure is required of the DRN. Article IV: Foreign Policy To conduct foreign policy, NCPA will require DRN's approval on treaties and other foreign policy moves. This is in the best interest of both alliances in order to maintain strong bonds with one another. Article V: Liasons The DRN will send two Liasons to NCPA's forums to monitor the alliance. One Liason will be the Sovereign of DRN, the other being the choice of the Dominion. Each Liason will be masked fully as a member and will be able to view every forum in the alliance. The Liasons will respect the sovereignty of the AMN and the decisions its government discusses and chooses upon. Article VI: War Command If an alliance war occurs that involves both DRN and NCPA military command will defer to DRN. Article VII: Maroon Team and Senate Voting The NCPA will change colours to the Maroon team and vote for DRN's Maroon Team Senate candidate. Article VIII: Cancellation This protectorate may be canceled upon 48 hours' notice by either NCPA or DRN. After cancellation, both alliances shall abide by a four-day period of non-aggression.
