Technology: 1,195.78 Literacy Rate: 100.00% Infrastructure: 3,979.65 Tax Rate: 30% (This high tax rate angers your citizens.) Evangeline Anovilis Posted April 8, 2013 Report Share Posted April 8, 2013 Alright, as I see you owning one shipyard and 5 ships, I guess you just hit the purchase limit of 5 ships a day. Overall, I don't know though why you are bothering with a navy with 1 shipyard. Get a police station instead of the shipyard and sell 3/4s of your land, should help more in peace, as well as in war. On the top of you navy purchase screen, find out where it says "Purchases Today". That should tell you how much navy you can purchase in a day, and how many you have purchased so far. For example, Purchases Today 0/8. Perhaps your improvements only let you have up to 5 purchases per day, so 0/5. if it says 5/5 there you've just hit your limit for this update and have to wait for next update to purchase more.
