What browser are you using? Your nation displays fine for me in IE and FF when I'm logged in as you.

Fire fox, it will do it sometimes, then it wont. basically off and on kind of thing. started this week.

Sounds like a browser issue on your machine. Try it in IE or some other browser if you can.
