Make "Remember me" actually remember me

When logging in to CN, it has a checkbox "Remember me".

However, the remember time appears to be only 15 minutes or so.

I'd like to suggest having the checkbox unchecked by default, but when checked, remember your login indefinitely, just like the forum does.

I agree. It's really annoying as it never remembers my Login details on my iPod/Pad/Phone/etc.

I think all it does is remember your user name. Which is good enough. I dont want it to always keep me logged in.

tbh nothing remembers me online because of my cookie deletion settings. I don't see this as an issue.
