[b]I - Non-aggression and Conduct[/b] Sith and Pacificans alike agree to conduct all business among themselves cordially as two brothers should. They agree to solve any differences that may arise between them through diplomacy and not through aggression. Further, they agree to a free exchange of information of interest to the other. [b]II - Aid[/b] Sith and Pacificans alike agree that any request for aid - whether politically, financially, or otherwise - will be honored if at all possible. [b]III - Defense and Aggression[/b] Sith and Pacificans alike agree that if one is attacked, they may request the assistance of the other; this request is encouraged but not obligatory. They further agree that if one intends to engage in aggressive action against another party, they will inform the other and may request their assistance; again, this request is encouraged but not obligatory. [b]IV - Cancellation[/b] Sith and Pacificans alike agree that if either feels this treaty to no longer be sustainable they will give the other seventy-two hours advanced notice, during which time all aspects of this document remain in effect.
