This is starting to feel like seerow's suggestion thread on aid slots limitations.

This is starting to feel like every suggestion thread ever.

In that thread was it approved by admin but then someone pointed out it had yet to be initiated in game and then they spent over a year asking if it was going to be fixed?  Because if so, then yeah this thread is exactly like that.

Tbh, as much as I don't feel lifting the land cap is the way to go, if admin previously stated that it was lifted... Well, it should be lifted now, or at least increased to such a level that it is doubtful anyone will reach; 500k will probably be fine.

Why doesn't someone message admin linking him to this thread..? He replies pretty quick when it concerns something, especially if he has previously stated "it was removed"

CubaQuerida: 153,853.974 land in purchases *1.5 = 230,780.96 NS which matches his charts so cap hasn't effected his NS from buying/raiding excess land.

So that leaves spy defence and population from land which could be effected from the cap? And if those aren't effected then there is technically no cap and its just aesthetics.

Gentle Persons

Bingo. We have a winner. Infra cannot be raided. Land can.

Infrastructure is pointless to buy past a certain point.  Land is free if you get away with stealing it, and it actually nets you a profit, opposed to infrastructure past that point where it reaches negative returns.  You risk a lot attacking someone to steal it, if they decide to nuke you, you're going to lose infrastructure, tech and land.  I think it balances out, risk vs reward.

There's some pretty awesome calculations that have been done showing the peak infra purchase for a 3BR is around 16-17k infra.  Past that you get negative returns unless you start running a Trade Star with daily temping for bills / collections.

Where can one find this calculation?
