[/quote] Then I will restate the previous request. As all possible land seems to be under the administration of someone I put an open request for 25x25 miles in a square/diamond shape. You'll have to PM Malatose (who is the holder of Sweden) and Justinian the Mighty (the current holder of Finland)and they may or may not grant you the lands. Then send them a message about claiming a protectorate. You don't need to say specifacally which one, most the time they will give you a list of which ones you can have.
