Saxplayer
Pax Corvus is relatively new to the top 12 (sanctioned) if I recall correctly. Pax is neutral, doesn't count. And DT is newer than Pax
keeology
Pax Corvus is relatively new to the top 12 (sanctioned) if I recall correctly. Pax is the newest. It is true most same AA's get sanctioned stay around that level for a while. some come some go.
Proxian Empire
More or less the newcomers are just amalgamations of former sanctioned alliances that are now defunct. Edited June 23, 2014 by King Penchuk
Saxplayer
More or less the newcomers are just amalgamations of former sanctioned alliances that are now defunct. Not really the case with DT. DT has a lot of people in its gov that were in SOUL. SOUL never got that big, but SOUL was in BLEU
killjoy123
thats because it is. The same alliances have been in the top spots for forever now. DT and DBDC being the only really 'new' thibg. Almost all other alliances in the top 36 have been in there forever. MI6 is just over a year old, and we are in the top 36. Still gaining as well. Saxplayer
MI6 is just over a year old, and we are in the top 36. Still gaining as well. MI6 is an exception, MI6 is not your average alliance. I find DT to be more impressive however.

Proxian Empire
I never remember IRON being that low at any point in their history. At worst they were maybe unsanctioned for a while, but even that I do not recall.

Baltus
ODN has been sanctioned forever. I think ODN has been the longest continuously sanctioned alliance for a while now (with some brief exceptions during wars).
IYIyTh
MI6 is an exception, MI6 is not your average alliance. I find DT to be more impressive however. I don't see how these two are related or comparable. Their success is built off years of individual talent and stability within in a single alliance coupled with pragmatic foreign policy. This has allowed them to grow fairly efficiently over their entire existence while also acquiring skilled fighters from abroad via recent disbandments. Ours is probably the most successful new alliance with genuinely different parts as opposed to a conglomeration of mergers in probably the past four to five years -- and only reached our first year mark recently. Apples and oranges, the comparison's flattering though. Edited June 23, 2014 by IYIyTh

Gibsonator21
DT was second page just two years ago, with sub-300k tech. Their growth has been extremely impressive. See guys? Shoulda let CSN hold them down. :P
IYIyTh
I feel that I should awkwardly attempt to humble an upstart alliance by comparing it to one of the best in Cybernations while simultaneously complaining about how stagnant The Sanction Race is / has been over the years. Well, I'm not going to stop you. Edited June 23, 2014 by IYIyTh
Saxplayer
Well, I'm not going to stop you. The thing with DT is that there can be other alliances that grow themselves up like DT. However, CN can only support one MI6. If all CN had was three MI6's, then the world would be very boring.

IYIyTh
What the hell are you on about right now? I don't know. He started off whining about how successful alliances in CN tend to have maintained their success and how there were relatively few upstarts in the Sanction Race as compared to a past he was never a part of. I tongue-in-cheek pointed out MI6 was new to the sanction race he proceeded to awkwardly/randomly compare our success to DT's. When he realized that we're more flattered than offended as he intended at the comparison he went off on another tangent. Apparently he has become so engrossed with "poaching is bad," from IC forums that he has to let it effect objective analysis. The fatal flaw in his last attempt at a grasp for straws is that only DT has probably had more raw strength come from recruits recently joining its AA over the past year than MI6, a significant if not integral part of its rise to the sanction over the past year. All I'm seeing is roll MI6 and roll DT. bring it buster put your dukes up Edited June 23, 2014 by IYIyTh
