[Adventure Crimes Patch 1.01] This treaty patch is to update Global Alliance and Treaty Organization (GATO) and The Viridian Entente (VE) new gameplay to share based dream adventures and form a pact to go on Adventure Crimes together. Article I - Honor amongst Thieves Bugfix To repair backend PvP issues, both GATO and VE recognize one another as sovereign entities and agree to not engage in any criminal adventure which would harm either party. Both GATO and VE will agree to a parley in the event of a conflict of interest to resolve matters peacefully. Article II - Loot Sharing & New Data UI If either party discovers a potential mark, a hidden stash of Mario Coins, or intelligence regarding the actions of rival entities, both GATO and VE agree to share this information with one another via pog updates to our embassy.exe UI. We may also pool our respective Mario Coins and technological resources previously unavailable in patch 1.00. Article III - Stash Protection and Turf Defense In the event that GATO or VE are confronted by a rival gang who decide to open fire and attack, either party is reserves the option to defend their partners in crime, though there is no obligation to do so. This may involve returning fire against the aggressor(s) or providing Mario Coins that may be required to fund the defensive effort. (This is a buff) Article IV - Be Gay, Do Crime Inter-Guild UI updated so that certain crimes may involve assaulting rival territory directly together! Both parties reserve the right to tag along and start blasting the rival in question. Article V - Retirement There often comes a time for many joint criminal enterprises where both parties decide to part ways and no longer be partners in crime. In the event of either party deciding to retire from Adventure Crimes; both alliances agree to give each other 72 hours to fairly divide the loot and revert to patch 1.00. In that time, we explored ideas around "soft neutrality" and conservatism. These many years have treated us well, and we feel we have accomplished all that we set out to - and all that we could hope to at this stage. VE and Sengoku agree to the following. Article I We won't spy, attack, or otherwise screw with each other. Article 2 We'll keep each other informed about threats to one another. Article IIV In cases where one of us are attacked, we'll defend one another. This does not extend to cases in which one of us are attacked while honoring another treaty, but can if we want it to. Article Four Should one of us want to hit someone, the other party retains the option of supporting that aggression. The Waffle House Compact I. It's right on the corner The Viridian Entente (VE) and the Unified Confederation of Nations (UCoN) come together to cooperate on matters of security, finance, and waffles. Both parties agree to meet regularly on these subjects. II. Table for Two VE and UCoN agree to share chocolate chips, maple syrup, and any intelligence with each other. III. First off let's start with a few definitions... White Peace (as according to Wikipedia) - The term status quo ante bellum comes from Latin meaning literally, the state in which things were before the war. White Peace (as according to the CN wiki) - Refers to when one or more alliances involved in an inter-alliance war agree to peace with one another without imposing any terms on one another. So with those two definitions we have, we can assume that a White Peace is not a surrender, it is just a return to status before the war. Call it what you will, but I don't think GPF surrendered. Granted, we backed out of the war with VE (using my definition, backing out means exiting any situation regardless of circumstances, such as in "But Colonel, we are already engaged and winning, why do we need to back out now?") and the world may frown upon that... but when has the world ever smiled upon anything GPF did? Granted, we at GPF know how lucky we are that a white peace was delcared, the honorable government of VE are a buch of great people for that, and we thank them immensely, but I don’t think it is fair to start calling this for what its not. I’m biased... I get it. I’m a part of the Global Protection Force and a government member of the alliance at that. I have an agenda like everyone here, but I at least try to look at it from an unbiased point of view. Some people on here who criticize the Global Protection Force on a regular basis cannot honestly say they are totally unbiased, and that is perfectly fine. But is is too much to ask that you at least try to look past your differences with GPF and judge their actions for that action and not for what you perceive the alliance as a whole to be?

An assimilated nation sets its AA to "The Borg". [u]Government[/u] [b]The Hive Mind[/b] is the ruling body of The Borg. It is formed by The Borg Queen and The Overseer. This body is in charge of all the decision making in The Hive. [b]The Borg Queen[/b] is the embodiment of The Borg. She serves for life or until resignation. The Queen is a permanent member of The Hive Mind and she supervise for the well being of The Collective. Under special or rare circumstances The Queen can use the Royal Prerogative to appoint or demote members of the government, accept or expel members of The Hive, void treaties, and nullified electoral decisions made by The Hive. [b]The Overseer[/b] represents the will of The Borg to evolve and achieve perfection. He serves in that position for life or until resignation. The Overseer is a permanent member of The Hive Mind. [b]Brain Trust[/b] are drones who serve as advisers of The Hive Mind. This group of trustees consist of drones who previously served in the government or drones who have great experience of The Borg and/or Cyber Nations. Even though they are fundamental for the operation of The Borg, they don't hold any actual authority over The Hive. [u]War Policy[/u] Declarations of wars are made by The Hive Mind. The use of nuclear power is at the discretion of The Hive Mind and/or The Enforcer. [u]Expeditions Policy[/u] Expeditions in order to acquire land, money and/or tech is allowed.
