Comic NAPs can be a pain, but we signed it and we'll honor it. Sengoku has always been a plain spoken alliance, and I don't think this is the time to change that. We've had a good run, and whether you have agreed with us or not, I'd like to think that we've made your time on Planet Bob more interesting by being here. Although we were never a large alliance, I'd like to think that we did what we could to leave our mark on the game, and that history will prove that mark to be a positive one. As we close down shop I hope everyone here realizes that Sengoku didn't accomplish anything. Her members did all the work, and work they did. Bcortell was tireless in making in roads when Sengoku came on the scene. Schad had one of the greatest senses of humor CN has seen, and was peerless at FA work. Auctor is the definition of tireless when it comes to any sort of work his alliance needs. Where to start with hartfw I have no idea, anything I could say to describe how great of an alliance mate he is would not do him justice. There are so many other players who have helped make Sengoku what it is today and I know will help move Umbrella forward in the future. Tobbogon's energy is contagious and I am excited to see what he can do with more that just 30 members. I could write a paragraph about each and every member, but no one here wants to hear it and that's not why we did it. So I'll just end it by saying all the pertinent official stuff is listed below and thank-you Joey for starting something none of us will ever forget. Accords" A Bob Loblaw Treaty Now the story of two wealthy alliances that have everything, and the one piece of paper which has no purpose but to keep them all together. Article I - No Touching Both parties agree that no touching is to occur between nations. Wars and other means of conflict are to be avoided at all cost between the two undersigned alliances. No touching! No touching! No touching! Article II - That's Why You Always Leave a Note Notes are a vital way to ensure communications between friends, and to make sure all limbs remain intact. Both parties agree to assist the other in parenting issues which may include but are not limited to incidents involving foods, cars, and boats. Article III - Sister Is My New Mother, Mother And is it me or is she looking hotter? Friendship and two way communication are vital to each party. Both alliances agree to be friendly and cordial and to resolve any potential disputes via private communications. Article IV - AHHHHHHHHHH GENE!!! Isn't he the best? Or is he just an idiot with balloons? When information worthy of being passed onto Gene Parmesan is discovered by either alliance, it becomes an obligation to pass on said information to the other alliance. GENE PARMESAN!!! Article V - There Is Always Money in the Banana Stand Both parties agree that burning down the Banana Stand is to be forbidden. Economic assistance and cooperation is encouraged to foster greater relations. We really can't make this more clear. Article VI - I Don't Understand The Question And I Won't Respond Whether or not it is a plate or platter is irrelevant. Both alliances agree to not explain this treaty to anyone. Article VII - Watch Out For Loose Seals! Swimming is dangerous. In the event of finding Lucille, Lucille Too, a Loose Seal, or any other dangerous encounter, either alliance can request the assistance of the other party. Fulfilling the request is not entirely optional - but neither is family. Just don't become a monster! Article VIII - Take To The Sea! Upon realizing the wise counsel of Barry Zuckerkorn, all future meeting shall be held in international waters. Should potential aggressive actions be discussed at these sea-born meetings, either party can opt to join in on the fun. It is international waters after all. Samurai Of Secrecy What with wherein hereby the proprietors here by known as the signatories, but also known as Sengoku and The Annunaki Bloodline Society and henceforth known as Sudoku and ABLS in the interest of a more stable planet here by agree to the following terms Article 1. Sengoku and ABLS have figured out that the other alliance does exist and is a sovereign entity. They will not engage in violence, spying, or other various forms of asshattery against one another. VE and Sengoku agree to the following. Article I We won't spy, attack, or otherwise screw with each other. Article 2 We'll keep each other informed about threats to one another. Article IIV In cases where one of us are attacked, we'll defend one another. This does not extend to cases in which one of us are attacked while honoring another treaty, but can if we want it to. Article Four Should one of us want to hit someone, the other party retains the option of supporting that aggression. The Aztecs had no choice. Weeks ago, the daughter of the tlàtoāni, was kidnapped by a rivaling city, vastly stronger than the tribes of Masons, Dark Templars, and Northern Lights. They marched on the city, knowing the battle was lost before it started. Their honor demanded it. The battle took place outside of the city, on the day of their arrival. Thousands were killed, and the Aztecs were routed by the forces of the city. The Aztec leaders called for a retreat to avoid the loss of the remainder of their forces. There were no plan they saw that could win the day for their men. A man dressed in all black walked into the tent, having snuck through the camp. They recognized him as the a roaming tribe of masked warriors called samurai. He offered the aid of his tribe, and the Aztecs accepted. Under the cover of night, the city was taken. The masked warriors disguised in the garb of the city guard scaled the walls, dispatching the confused fortress guards. The warriors made their way to the gates of the city. The army lie in wait outside the walls. While the men of the city slept, the Aztecs slipped through the front door with the help of their newfound allies. The Aztecs moved through the city from building to building, slaughtering all the men, imprisoning the women and children. The disguised warriors made their way to the castle in the center of the city. They warned the guards of the assault on the city, drawing them away from the throne room where the tlàtoāni's daughter was held. They slaughtered the king's guard, and seized the tlàtoāni's daughter back. The remainder of the city's guard surrendered and were put into chains with the women and children. The city was put to the torch. The Aztecs and their new allies went back to the temple victorious, bringing with them the tlàtoāni's daughter. The men of the Dark Templar, the Northern Lights, and the Masons gathered to sacrifice those captured, in honor of the samurai and their continued friendship alongside the Gods. The high priest rips out the hearts of all those captured, shouting out, "HEAR ME, and BEHOLD..." "Sengoku shall henceforth be counted as among the Warriors of AZTEC." The Samurais of Destruction Accords Preamble The Disciples of Destruction and Sengoku, in recognition of their continued friendship and mutual interest, hereby enter this agreement to continue our camaraderie and provide for the defense and prosperity of one another. Article I- Sovereignty Each signatory formally recognizes the right of each alliance to exercise ultimate internal authority of their respective alliances. Article II- Camaraderie The memberships of each signatory commit to remain civil towards each other at all times, particularly in public channels, but also in private. The signatory alliances and their member states will treat each other with as much respect and decency as they would their own. Healthy debate, constructive criticism are to be encouraged, but both parties are expected to show tact and consideration by going through appropriate channels when addressing concerns. Article III- Non-Aggression No member of either signatory may participate in, support or condone military action against a member within the corresponding signatory. If such an incident does happen, the signatories will do what is necessary to ensure that the situation is settled amicably. Article IV- Espionage and Information Both signed alliances agree under no circumstances shall either signatory alliance engage in espionage against the other. The signatories agree to share information that they come across that pertains to the other alliance with the other signatory. Article V- Military and Financial Assistance a. Should either signatory become the victim of a unprovoked external aggression, or internal subversion, the corresponding signatory is encouraged, but not obligated to provide assistance, through, but not limited to, military or financial means. b. Should either signatory initiate conflict or engage in warfare by reason of outside obligation, the corresponding signatory is encouraged, but not obligated, to provide whatever assistance it deems appropriate. The signatories shall share all information pertinent to said war. Article VI- Amendments Any amendments to this treaty must be first discussed and agreed upon by the appropriate government officials of each party, and undergo the appropriate processes. Article VII- Withdrawal Termination of this pact requires a 72 hours notice. This notice is required to be given firstly via private channels. The grace period may be truncated by mutual agreement of the signatories.
