Well this has been a fun returning voyage that we missionaries of Boognih have found leading us back to this planet once more. The one difficult thing to comprehend for us has been how long it's been since someone has opted to jump on our heads from a great height! However as we find ourself a the halfway point for the planet's lifecycle; Wes we've decided that we're done with that part now and when the pedantry resembles a pagentary it's time to give it a rest. So we move on to pursuing a course of action which no one should struggle to understand and likely has long expected this decision with the battlefield pitched as being 3 alliances vs 1 alliance. We Cultists find ourselves in a truly new position; where everyone is too busy rebuilding from a previous attack/launching a fresh one against a less than fresh opponent or trying to bark loud enough to scare away a small platoon of men on horseback chasing what is clearly a pack of wounded animals. Not the most sportsman type of hunt for us, whatever floats everyone's boat I guess? By the grace and eternal wisdom of Dread Pirate Boognish; the cosmic Browner of all meats and destructor of fleets. The proud zeolots of the Boognish Cult hereby engage in another round of hostilities against the horde of unwashed residents of this planet, that we do this always with a baffling display of our love and kndness we feel for you all. Who we hope to convert to our ways and join us among the stars when this all ends as it always has done and will continue to do so. Seemingly a nonsensical way to thank a group who has provided assistance to the cult- oddly paradoxical you might asy. However we know that you are not yet true believers to our cause. As a group who seems to have a much longer history with the Wolves; we do not doubt you understand why we seek to exchange shots with someone else for a change. I’ll make this short and sweet, the Alpha Wolves started out with 2 family members trying to start up a new alliance and 4 years later we are still hanging in there, just with about 68 more wolves. I don’t know if we will be here for year five but thank all who made this alliance into what it is today! Alpha Wolves Officially Declare War on Knights of Ni I didn't want to do this official crap figured a day or two raid would due but the leaders last message pushed it to it. As you all seen a member of Knights of Ni attacked a member of SLAP. A Gov. member and another proceeded to aid him with "War Funds" A couple alliance allied to SLAP decided to raid them in return. Alpha Wolves agreed to as well due to the aiding of the raider. I informed their heir yesterday AW would cease attacks if we were not nuked or hit today. He did not share this message and we were nuked by the leader. I then informed since we were nuked first we will fight the length of the declared war. Two Packs of Wolves and the Dragons Winter has come again, the environment has become extreme, prey is scarce, and most of Planet Bob lies dormant, while the true enemy is in the far North. The Two Packs of the North, alongside the Dragons from the East, continue to survive and remain restless. As the enemy too grows restless and descends upon the Realms of men, the Wolves and Dragons do hereby re-declare their following pact: Article I - Respect Between Realms Wolves and dragons may be ferocious, but they are also wise. They do not waste time fighting each other when, together, they can feast on sheep. Both Realms agree to not commit any acts of aggression against one another and to respect one another’s territory. Article II – The Horn of Winter Mead and coin shall be shared between Realms, as shall whispers from Lands Beyond that involve the other. If one Realm finds itself in a fight, whether it be aggressive or defensive, they can signal for assistance. If the other’s forces are nearby, they are encouraged, but not obligated, to assist. Article III – Because Death is the Enemy If either pack finds cooperation with the other to be no longer sustainable, they can cancel the agreement immediately by notifying the other privately or announcing it publicly. Wolves of the North The Alpha Wolves are returning to Planet Steve for round 44 and are holding the North. With the long winter approaching all wolves must stand together to take on any challenge. We know the wars are coming so sharpen your swords, axes, or teeth because the North will overcome. I truly was not going to have an alliance this round but I been asked several times to have one. Preamble The Alpha Wolves and the Templar Knights, in the spirit of friendship and cooperation, agree to uphold the articles of the Optional Defense and Optional Aggression Pact outlined herein. Article I: Sovereignty Knights agree not to meddle in how the Wolves run the pack, and the Wolves agree not to stick their noises in on how the Knights command their forces. Article II: Non-aggression Wolves will not fight with the knights or send in a sneaky wolf to spy on any knight; in turn the knights will not draw their swords against a Wolf and send a Knight into the pack in a wolf disguise. Article III: Aid and Financial Transactions When times are harsh and either alliance is in need, Wolves and Knights should send aid to each other. Knights and Wolves are also encourages to trade goods to help each other’s alliances grow and prosper. Article IV: Optional Defense If the Knights are attacked by other forces the Wolves are encouraged to assist the knights in battle, this could include Knights riding into battle on Wolves to defeat any enemy. If Wolves are attacked by another pack the Knights will be welcomed to assist the wolves in overcoming their enemies, this could include the Wolves riding into battle on Knights even though it may look ridiculous. Article V: Optional Aggression Should the Knights or the Wolves plan an attack, either alliance could be asked to assist in the battle, but can always say good luck with that! Article VI: Cancellation This treaty can be cancelled by either signatory with 72 hours notice; all articles remain in effect during this period. Alpha Wolves Announcements We have a couple quick announcements, I won’t be too wordy. AW & ISX have enjoyed months of cooperation together but due to different FA directions the Alpha Wolves have activated article V of the Space Wolves II pact. AW and ISX remain in good standing with each other. We recently appointed a new Minister of Defense and other duties as assigned/taken on! We welcome Stonewall14 to the Alpha Wolves! He has been a great help and long time friend of the Alpha Wolves, even as he kicked us around in the Doom War. The Wolves continue to recover from the Sparta/NpO conflict (is there a name for this yet) and are continuing to expand. SPACE WOLVES II ODoAP AGREEMENT Between THE IMPERIUM OF SUPERNOVA X And ALPHA WOLVES Article I. Alliance Sovereignty Both alliances remain sovereign and independent under this arrangement. Article II. Military Intelligence Intelligence possessed by one signatory relating to the military security of the other should be shared through secure channels. Article III. Nonaggression and military defense Both signatories shall refrain from all acts of military, economic or ideological aggression against one another. Hungry Like The Wolf Accords Preamble, The Alpha Wolves join forces with the World Freedom Federation to continue friendship between the two growing alliances. Article I. Freedom (Mel Gibson yelling) Both Alliances acknowledge the existence of the other as an independent, sovereign alliance, governed by their own laws and free from external pressures. Article II. Wolf and Plane Communication If either alliances comes into possession of information that may in any way pertain to the security of the other, this information must be shared at the earliest opportunity. Article III. Peace between Friends Neither alliance shall engage in unfriendly actions against the other, including the use of military equipment, spying, economic sanctions, or any other actions that could be considered an act of war. The only way acts of war will be committed is if the pansy orders the attack between the two alliances. Article IV. War is here If either the Alpha Wolves or World Freedom Federation are attacked the other has the privilege of coming to the defense of the other. Article V. Disembowel, pillage or plunder? In the event that the wolves or the federation wishes to disembowel, pillage or plunder a third party, the other alliance has the option to, but is not obligated, support the other using any means deemed appropriate. Article VI. Eye to Eye In the case that either alliance doesn’t see eye to eye anymore with the other, each alliance has the right to cancel this pact with a 72 hours notice before the desired end date. Wolves guard over the Holy Roman Empire Preamble In a search of friendship and cooperation, The Alpha Wolves and Holy Roman Empire recognize this Protectorate treaty and agree to abide to the terms therein until they decide for its cancellation or Holy Roman Empire reaches a point where it can proceed independently as a sovereign alliance. Article I - Protection and Non-Aggression Being a protectorate of The Alpha Wolves, Holy Roman Empire will receive assistance, whether that be economic, political or military, and be protected from raiders or Alliance wars. The Holy Roman Empire may join The Alpha Wolves in their wars if they wish to do so. Both signatories agree to pledge Non-Aggression both in private and in public and show morals and understanding. Article II - Economic Cooperation The Holy Roman Empire shall receive economic support when possible and reasonable for the purpose of establishing a capable economy. In addition, The Holy Roman Empire agrees to give first choice to The Alpha Wolves when it comes to Technology Dealing. To benefit both alliances The Holy Roman Empire will attempt to continue to grow and recruit new members to there alliance. Article III - Intelligence Should any of the signatories gain information that involves one another, this information shall be conveyed as soon as possible in private. Furthermore, The Holy Roman Empire shall consult with The Alpha Wolves should they want to commit any important external actions, such as declaring a war or signing treaties. Article IV - Leadership The Holy Roman Empire remains a separate alliance and is free to run the alliance as they see fit. The Alpha Wolves do ask that their protectorates follow some of the same guidance as its members-whereas no member of said alliance will attack/ raid a member of any protected alliance, also said alliance will consider voting for it protector in the senate. Article V - Cancellation Should either of the signatories wish for the cancellation of this Protectorate Treaty, the other party shall be informed 48 hours in advance. During these 48 hours before cancellation, all Articles and Terms of the treaty shall remain active.
