NG-TTK NON-AGGRESSION PACT This pact of non-aggression is made on this, the 22nd of February, 2018 by and between Non-Grata and The Templar Knights for the duration of six months. Whereas both parties desire to enter into this agreement, the terms are as follows: Article 1: Neither alliance will commence any acts of hostility or espionage towards the other. Article 2: Should a member of either alliance be caught in acts of espionage or hostility towards the other alliance, an official statement and reparations will be required within 48 hours of the alliance being notified. The hostile member must be punished by their alliance, in accordance with the constitution and laws of the member’s alliance, within 32 hours of the official statement. Neither alliance shall provide aid of any form (military, intelligence, finance or technology) to a known enemy of the other, if this should happen then a greater amount of aid must be given to the non-offending alliance within 48 hours. Article 3: Should either alliance come under attack, neither alliance is not obliged to provide any sort of aid. Article 4: As a sign of good faith, both participants are encouraged to provide regular updates to each other regarding major changes to foreign relations, internal events, or members. Article 5: In cases where there is the apparent disregard of the articles of this NAP, either alliance may request an official statement be made within 24 hours stating the valid reasons for such actions (requiring proof) with the allowance that the alliance in breach of this agreement is to pay fair reparations. Only after pursuing these steps, and having been rebuffed, this pact can be broken immediately. Article 6: This pact constitutes the entire understanding between both alliances and supersedes all prior pacts, treaties, and negotiations. The Mage's Guild and COBRA Treaty We the undersigned parties do in mutual faith undertake to improve relations between our two alliances and to acknowledge the sovereignty of both parties. Both alliances shall hold the rights to an embassy within the others forums and tech deals and trade circles will be permitted between those of each alliance. For those who are on the same team a mutual senator may be proposed who is acceptable to both parties. The Olive Branch Accords Preamble The Atlantic Sphere Initiative (ASI) and Animalz agree to the following non-aggression pact and the articles held within. Article I: Respect Animalz and the Atlantic Sphere Initiative agree to maintain proper respect between our alliances. While disagreements are inevitable, we will focus on debating ideas instead of attacking or baiting one another. Article II: Easing Applications Any nation being raided that is applying to either ASI or Animalz by the other party will be released and have peace sent. Nations that are targets (as in they're marked to be attacked due to attacking the party's alliance, have spied, or have done something worth being attacked over) do not fall under this stipulation. Both parties agree in a situation where there is a target to create an agreement where the target will be released after a certain period of time. Article III: Damage Reparations In the event of an attack on ASI or Animalz by the other party (i.e. a misplaced raid), peace will be sent and reparations paid for the damage amount. A running total may be kept for damages (where total damage costs are added or subtracted) if such damages are below $6 million. This is to save both parties aid slots. Damage by the other party may be subtracted from the attacked member's alliance running total. In the event that the damage cost cannot be agreed upon, a third party acceptable to both ASI and Animalz may mediate. Article IV: Non-aggression Animalz and ASI agree to not launch any alliance wars on the other. Article V: Diplomatic procedures When a misplaced raid occurs on the other alliance, whichever party notices first will immediately contact the other. Both the attacking and defending nations will be ordered to stand down and send peace, and no retaliation will be launched (on either the attacking alliance, or the member). If there is any retaliation, such damages will be subtracted from the damage done to give the net amount owed. If an attacking nation continues to launch attacks, they are available for retaliation and must be released as a target by the other alliance. If a defending nation refuses to peace and launches attacks, both parties will let the war play out from the sidelines (foreign aid is allowed though - mainly for tech dealing). Article VI: Cancellation and Amendments Either party may cancel this treaty provided they have privately notified the other party of their intention to do so 48 hours in advance. The undersigned representatives of the Independent Republic of Orange Nations (IRON) and the New Pacific Order (NPO) hereby enter into this pact representative of continued friendship and mutual respect, and agree to the terms set forth hereafter. Article I: Civility Section 1: IRON and the New Pacific Order shall display respect and good will towards the member nations of each respective alliance. Section 2: While prohibiting outright hostility and belligerence in public or private discussions, this pact shall not restrict healthy debate or productive disagreement. Section 3: Alliance leaders will be expected to alert the other organization party to this agreement should this article ever be infringed upon and the offending party will work towards a rapprochement if necessary. Article II: Non-Aggression, Espionage, and Information Section 1: The organizations party to this agreement hereby pledge to refrain from the use of arms against one another. Section 2: IRON and the NPO will not conduct espionage or aid in espionage against the countersigned party to this agreement. Section 3: Alliance leaders and representatives will be expected to alert the organization opposite to this agreement should aggression or espionage take place involving members from both parties. Section 4: Active espionage against either organization party to this agreement is an act of war. Section 5: Should either of the undersigned parties come into possession of information privy to the security of the countersigned it is expected that this information shall be shared promptly with the endangered party. Article III: Foreign Conflict Section 1: Each alliance has the right to ask for assistance, be it financial, intelligence, or military in nature, however granting such a request is optional. Section 2: Neither side is obligated to lend assistance in any form in any circumstance, except for the provision of information as highlighted under the auspices of Article II, Section 5.
