IC: The City hadn't been completed upon the initiation of attacks against The Cape, but enough of the population had been relocated to begin operations, The City was more beautiful than Mogar could have ever imagined. The blend of technology, architecture, and nature, truly this would be one of the world's greatest wonders. Mogar looked out upon the beacon in the darkness of the ocean floor he had created, his bathyscaphe finally landing, he saw what many more would seen shortly, walking between the Adonis statues, he traveled through the City to the MoG[Corp] tower at the center of the city, a short message would be sent out to the most talented individuals globally, those who replied to the call would find their way to the lighthouse entrance Mogar had just gone through, civilian vessels dispatched to retrieve them, marked as vessels from allies of where ever they were picking up people to not arise suspicion. There were many rooms to fill, so many science labs, studios, workshops. The city was a paradise, they simply needed to visit and Mogar knew they'd be hooked. Construction would continue, though much more slowly with the tragic loss of the primary backers. The Lighthouse above was the only way anyone on the surface would know of the city. All RADAR and radio waves, would be scrambled within 30 miles, jamming constantly fluctuating to not allow for easy countermeasure, an EMP pulse being emitted constantly from the lighthouse in place of the traditional beam of light. Rapture vessels would be immune to this, using vacuum tubes, and able to navigate their way to drop off their passengers. The Frozen Triangle was born.

The research these bases delved into became progressively more extreme as they did not have to follow his morality anymore, not to mention once news of his death had been announced, some of the more fanatical had a by any means policy in order to try to recover Mogar once more. Royal Ariana Grande Empire Announcement Well boys and girls Mogar here with an update on the progress of our crusade against R&R, war bodes well for the Empire, our targets like the noble grapevine, ripe and plentiful. But it's come to my attention through the grapevine that the entire Kaskus/Shangri-La front is being held up by Shangri-La's refusal to accept the generous offer of white peace that has been offered, the stats do not lie, Kaskus can and will continue to vastly outdamage those currently arrayed against them, and can continue fighting at their current size quite literally forever, if you can provide myself and the world one valid reason that Kaskus has any reason to surrender to you Rudolph, please feel free to post. This is an open offer to Shangri-La to be able to leave the war along with their numerous allies they called in to attempt to pressure Kaskus. But since we appear to be at an impasse, I am going to declare on any Shangri-La nation in my range for the remainder of this idiotic front of the war, Unfortunately for myself, there is not a single one that isnt currently in peace mode, so my crusade against R&R continues until someone decides to leave hippy. :Private: Northern Mexico had been under the guidance of the American Commonwealth for some time since the collapse of Mexico, the Americans were generous in their administration but the people of Mexico are a prideful bunch, and have experienced many governments rising and falling. Yet again the people began whispering amongst themselves for Mexico to be independent once more. Local governments in the Sonora and Chihuahua districts found they had similar interests in wishing to become a state, together over a few weeks in Guaymas they established an outline of a constitution for a democratic republic, and organized elections to find their new leadership. A Royal Ariana Grande Empire Announcement Buckaroo has admitted a willingness to see peace, and based upon his application to IRON, I have with great mercy offered peace to Buckaroo, and hope to see him flourish in IRON. unfortunately IRON government currently available was unwilling to sign peace, so this is a unilateral peace agreement that the Empire hopes IRON will uphold. I am no longer representing Rey since I had no control over him in the first place, should IRON wish to see buckaroo achieve peace in that war, they should contact Rey and find something they can agree on, should this be unpalatable I am willing to represent Rey in said future peace discussions. In other News, the Empire is seeking new flag designs, and is willing to pay for flag designs deemed worthy for the Empire, the only terms are the flag needs to include the visage of our Queen. Oh and 3% has lost half it's NS so far, make no mistake boys and girls, when the Empire comes for you we will bury you. Oh, and edit 2: I am at currently at war with R&R due to their unfortunate entry against my Coalition mates over at Paradoxia. So I am enjoying this war, alot, it's quite enjoyable and for once I don't think its a complete curbstomp, this is going to take quite a while and it's quite messy. Now the 3% has hit SUN, and unfortunately there hasn't been an offical counter. I've been on this planet for a long time, neutral alliances and neutrality agreements have been in existence for about as long as our world has, and believe the concept should be defended. To every neutral alliance, take note of what is happening to TDO, GPA I certainly hope you remember what happened when Q reached the same level of boredom the current hegemony has, will you sit idly by and wait for TDO to be destroyed by Mushqaeda before they move on to you? I intend on defending neutrality, I call upon everyone to do the same and defend those who wish to live in peace, some of you on this planet helped attack GPA, I was among them, and it was one of the reasons for Q's downfall, will the world let apathy rule or can we actually stand for something political again? So like, this whole war started? and I was all but then RIA got attacked by NG, so I was all like but then! I got bored of NG because nobody fought back or had warchests, so I was like and then I was like, well this is coalition warfare and whatnot, so what does my AA even really matter? and then Jenne was like, "Mogar, what the $%&@ man, just keep attacking Non Grata", so I was like and then I changed my AA to Ariana Grande Empire, and attacked INT and ODN but then I was like, because ODN was like $%&@ you Mogar, Have nuke! but I thought I should tell you all about this. tl;dr I am just going to war whoever is in the other coalition, I stopped caring.

Well hello there cyberverse, as some of you noticed, I have joined in the fireworks that are currently going on in these parts, however, the problem with my current war, is that Europa is not officially at war with NSO, and the guy I am at war with currently is being disavowed as a ghost by Europa Gov. however, there is a funny story related to this, you see, I had come across a public googledocs spreadsheet that expressed completely different information than what Deebo has told me, so I figure I should make this announcement to declare the existence of Royal Ariana Grande Entente, or RAGE, my alliance will disband on the cessation of hostilities upon NSO by the Europe rogue, or in the event my information I am going to share turns out to be real, we'll find out which happens first. let the fireworks begin.
