Preamble -aNiMaLz Guerilla Family was created to create a home for nations seeking refuge from war,who also desire to establish a golden age of peace, growth, and prosperity throughout Planet Bob. Although we desire peace, we are more than willing to ensure future peace if it means present war. We were founded in the midst of war, and are no strangers to the battlefield. All nations who request membership agree to adhere to this Charter. Article 1: Membership 1.a Application All applicants to the AGF must fulfill the following requirements: - Be trustworthy and Loyal. Be willing to fight when called upon. - Receive approval from the Pharaoh or Seneschal 1.b Structure Minister - Outstanding members who have proved themselves through Service to a specific aspect of the alliance.These nations have been granted their nobility by the Pharoah, and hold various titles to display their Royal ranking. General - A solider who has shown exceeding honor and knowledge of military history and military strategy Knight - A member who has fought for the Pharoah. Squire- A new member, or a member who contributes to the alliance economically and supports our cause, but has never shed blood for the Pharoah Article 2: Government Pharoah - Absolute ruler of aNiMaLz Guerilla Family. Limited to the individual nation guaranteed rights, freedoms, and privileges found in the charter. Nations have the freedom to run their country as they see fit as long as it doesn’t violate AGF rules found in our Charter. But alliance matters as a whole is ultimately decided by the Pahroah. The Pharoah oversees alliance affairs, and dictates policy through his ministers. Seneschal- Besides helping the Pharoah maintain the alliance ,The Seneschal is responsible for maintaining and educating the new members of AGF in the responsibility of our alliance.The Seneschal is the highest achievable overall rank. The Seneschal is also in charge of our military decisions, and alliance membership growth, maintenance, and stability.The Seneschal is appointed by The Pharoah. Seneschals have permission to declare war if deemed necessary. Ministers- Appointed by The Pharoah. Each Minister is in charge of certain aspects of alliance life however they are expected to work together on issues affecting the entire alliance. If a subject affects only one part of the alliance other Ministers,unless given permission by the pharoah, are expected to stay out of others business. Diplomats - Diplomats are sent to other alliances and their forums to help improve diplomatic relations. A nation can only be a diplomat to one alliance at a time. Article 3: War 3.a War Authorization No aggressive actions against other alliances are not allowed without prior government authorization. Aggressive actions by any AGF member without prior authorization from the Pharoah or Seneschal will be dealt with by a hearing before the ruler or their appointed representative, and possible punishment up to banishment or ZI. 3.b Royal War Powers At any time, the Pharoah may declare an alliance war. 3.c Nuclear Development Nuclear production is highly encouraged. In times of war or peace, AGF shall have a No First Use policy. Article 4: Amendments Any member of AGF may at any time offer up an amendment to this charter, whereupon a discussion between the Pharoah and Seneschal will be held. The amendment must reach complete approval before being ratified. Article 5: Trade & tech Circles All alliance members are expected to go to grey and participate in in-house trading circles. Each member is encouraged to enact tech deals within gray sphere. Article 6: Rejoining The Alliance - Any member who leaves the alliance instead of facing a trial for violations of the Charter or who decides to try and harm the alliance in any way on their way out or after leaving (including but not limited to coaxing members to leave, spreading rumors with intent to make members leave, taking money, or instigating hostilities with another alliance) will not be allowed to rejoin at any time in the future, and may be placed on a ZI list.

Kingsglaive Article I: Peace Signatories of this treaty agree not to conduct any acts of warfare, espionage, or any other acts of violence against the other. Article II: Assistance Signatories of this treaty may request, offer or provide assistance to each other; although any assistance remains optional. Article III: Senate Signatories agree to work together on the Senate towards freedom on the Brown Team, as well as benefiting the whole team with proposals passed. Article IV: Trade Signatories agree their members will be able to trade resources and conduct tech deals with each other freely in a mutually beneficial fashion, as well as encourage such cooperation. The Ghost Raiders Pact Article I. Alliance Sovereignty Both alliances remain sovereign and independent under this arrangement. Article II. Military Intelligence Intelligence possessed by one signatory relating to the military security of the other should be shared through secure channels. Article III. Nonaggression and military defense Both signatories shall refrain from all acts aggression against one another. Should one signatory come under attack, the other is encouraged to provide military or other forms of assistance depending on the situation. Article IV. SNX has continued to harass our Brown Team brothers in the LPC even though we were enough to let them have white peace and let everything since then slide. After a member of SNX attacked aNiMaLz, Junka made clear he considers aNiMaLz valid targets in a public statement; showing he supports the actions of the member who declared on them. SNX is now an open target for the Libertarian Party of Cybernations. Despite being given so many chances, Junka has consistently chose to be an enemy of the Libertarian Party and everything we represent. He calls others barbarians, when its him who is the savage who does not under the Non-Aggression Principe among Brown Team nations. He's spilt blood from Brown Team members to often or me to see him as a true member of the team. SNX will burn to the ground for choosing to continue making an enemy of us, they'll just be burnt down more thoroughly this time.

Earlier today despite us agreeing to peace all wars on the SNX, DK, DS & TCA front last week & all parties being made aware of the peace, suddenly as I was back collecting my taxes I had an assassination attempt. Considering we've been at constant war for close to a year now, another war was the last thing I wanted. I wanted to back collect in peace and rebuild. So I spoke with Junka, who made clear their side was in agreement on peace & any attacks did not have his support. However its become clear now, Kashmir is intent on never giving Limitless Nexus the chance to rebuild and keeping us in a permanent state of war when we're not fighting others. They bandwaggoned into the SRA War & kept that going for many additional months, now by interferring with my back collect they cost me over $100m in lost revenue due to me needing to abort the plan for this fight. If Kashmir is going to ruin my rebuild plan with these repetitive low tier wars & force me back into war footing; then I want them to feel the pain as well. We will fight these rogues. I realize we're outnumbered with just 4 nations in Limitless Nexus left, who still haven't had a chance to rebuild. Although I hope our friends, allies, supporters & those also sick of Kashmir's constant rogue antics will join in making this into a clear victory to put them in their place. Limitless Nexus & the Libertarian Party of Cybernations considers the war with the rogue GOONS a total victory, with them all gone from the AA among those who haven't deleted or faded into inactivity mode. We fought many months to grind down their warchests, but now not a single former rogue GOONS members resides on the AA & we have taken it over. On 10/7/2015, I declared on the rogue GOONS as soon as I got out of anarchy from a previous war, seeing as RUKUNU was already under attack. My last war with Bear Retrieval Unit, who had the biggest warchest among them, ended 2/8/2016. His final wars ended 2/10/2016. The borders of the peaceful nations of The Prussian Empire alliance are clearly marked by stones and scents. The Prussian Empire is protected by squid ink and by the lances of the Knights of the Round Table. Despite that, a Pied Piper named Sir Kindle, singing a tired song of threats and extortion, on the 21st of November led his pack of rabid Animalz into Prussia. We have been at war with Goons for three years. Think about that, three years. We aNiMaLz a alliance of 22 members have been fighting off and winning may I add against the Goons!! But anyway I am not here to talk trash I am here to praise our great warlord sir RUKUNU! Man that man is great! he single handedly held off multiple alliance and he is still here!! Anyway all you alliance who think you are strong all I have to say is come and get us! We are Destroying Goons and as well as this small almost unmentiable alliance Armpit Platoon, (But hey they are being funded by Umbrella and they even sent a nation to help them out and they are still geting crushed!!). On 3/24/2015 the "aNiMaLz" alliance declared war on "Armpit Platoon" with a total of 37 wars between the two alliances to date. The tensions started when of the aNiMaLz nations attacked a Platoon member and in response two Platoon nations came to their members aid. After warning the aNiMaLz nation and asking for peace a few days later the Armpit Platoon was raided with the causes mysteriously being "preemptive strike". As of now 10 Platoon members are in anarchy, as well as 5 aNiMaLz members.

The Olive Branch Accords Preamble The Atlantic Sphere Initiative (ASI) and Animalz agree to the following non-aggression pact and the articles held within. Article I: Respect Animalz and the Atlantic Sphere Initiative agree to maintain proper respect between our alliances. While disagreements are inevitable, we will focus on debating ideas instead of attacking or baiting one another. Article II: Easing Applications Any nation being raided that is applying to either ASI or Animalz by the other party will be released and have peace sent. Nations that are targets (as in they're marked to be attacked due to attacking the party's alliance, have spied, or have done something worth being attacked over) do not fall under this stipulation. Both parties agree in a situation where there is a target to create an agreement where the target will be released after a certain period of time. Article III: Damage Reparations In the event of an attack on ASI or Animalz by the other party (i.e. a misplaced raid), peace will be sent and reparations paid for the damage amount. A running total may be kept for damages (where total damage costs are added or subtracted) if such damages are below $6 million. This is to save both parties aid slots. Damage by the other party may be subtracted from the attacked member's alliance running total. In the event that the damage cost cannot be agreed upon, a third party acceptable to both ASI and Animalz may mediate. Article IV: Non-aggression Animalz and ASI agree to not launch any alliance wars on the other. Article V: Diplomatic procedures When a misplaced raid occurs on the other alliance, whichever party notices first will immediately contact the other. Both the attacking and defending nations will be ordered to stand down and send peace, and no retaliation will be launched (on either the attacking alliance, or the member). If there is any retaliation, such damages will be subtracted from the damage done to give the net amount owed. If an attacking nation continues to launch attacks, they are available for retaliation and must be released as a target by the other alliance. If a defending nation refuses to peace and launches attacks, both parties will let the war play out from the sidelines (foreign aid is allowed though - mainly for tech dealing). Article VI: Cancellation and Amendments Either party may cancel this treaty provided they have privately notified the other party of their intention to do so 48 hours in advance.
