On the 3rd and the 5th of July, respectively, Sparta and the Christian Coalition of Countries declared war on the New Pacific Order. Following these declarations, the New Pacific Order requested that both the Mutual Defence article of the Global Alliance and Treaty Organization's treaty, and the Optional Defence article of Argent's treaty, be activated. Therefore, pursuant to Article III of the New Unity Covenant between the Global Alliance and Treaty Organization and the New Pacific Order, the Global Alliance and Treaty Organization declares war on both Sparta and the Christian Coalition of Countries, in defence of the New Pacific Order. Further, pursuant to Article II of the Project Purity Control treaty between Argent and the New Pacific Order, Argent declares war on both Sparta and the Christian Coalition of Countries, in defence of the New Pacific Order. Based on mutual admiration and rooted in a common desire to shape a more just world, the Knights of the Round Table and Sparta hereby sign this, DORIES AND LANCES TREATY Article I The Knights of the Round Table and Sparta (hereafter: the Signatories) are sovereign alliances in accordance with their respective Charters, Constitutions, and/or other acts, which are not preempted by this treaty. Article II Communications and discussions between the Signatories shall remain confidential during the duration and after termination of this Treaty, unless otherwise agreed upon by both Signatories. Article III The Signatories will resolve all disputes amicably and privately, in good faith. This also extends to matters relating to Signatories’ protectorates and other allies. Article IV The Signatories shall coordinate all relevant activities, including diplomatic, economic, and military activities, as deemed necessary for the advancement of common goals and common ideas. Article V The Signatories will inform the others of any relevant intelligence collected or otherwise obtained, especially that pertaining to the other Signatory’s affairs. Article VI Each Signatory may request of the other assistance in defensive conflicts, to which the other is not obliged to respond as requested. Article VII Each Signatory shall undertake all reasonable measures to avoid waging war against treaty partners of the other Signatory. If not possible, the Signatories will inform each other before any action occurs and will refrain from engaging in military acts against the other. Article VIII This Treaty may be amended with the consent of both Signatories, in accordance with their internal regulations and processes. Article IX Either Signatory may withdraw from this treaty with 72 hours notice, provided in private. Following this, a formal public announcement shall be made. Based on mutual admiration stemming from several months of close communication during which acquaintances became friends and rooted in a common desire to shape a more just Planet Bob, the Christian Coalition of Countries and Sparta hereby sign this Treaty confirming that: Christianity Comes to Sparta Article I The Christian Coalition of Countries and Sparta (hereafter: the Signatories) are sovereign alliances in accordance with their respective Charters, Constitutions, and/or other acts, which are in no way, shape, or form affected by the signing of this Treaty. Article VIII This Treaty may be amended with the consent of both Signatories, in accordance with their internal regulations and processes. Article IX Should a Signatory wish to cancel this Treaty, a 72-hour notice must be provided in private to the other Signatory, during which all provisions of this Treaty are valid and binding. Confidential As the Romanian Army conducted its offensive in the Banat, Constante sent a special envoy to Sparta. Ion Prezan had already been the envoy to conclude the first alliance between Sparta and Bucharest. In order to increase protection against interception, the communique would not be encrypted and sent electronically, but would be transmitted via analogous ink on paper handwritten message, carried by the envoy in his pocket, together with a lighter, if it was necessary to destroy the letter on the way. Immune to jamming or listening in, the message itself lacked any encryption, except being handwritten.

A formal inquiry was made by both the Church of Aidenn, and by extension, the Alexandrian State Government, regarding the Aidennist Bethgan that formerly resided within the holy city of Rome to the Kingdom of Sparta. A large number of Aidennics, citizens of Alexandria and practicing Aidennists, resided within the city limits, many of them living in the Bethgan itself at the time of the impacts. The Aidennic government would like to know the course of action that the Spartan government plans on taking for Alexandria's national citizens and practitioners of the faith. In addition to that, an inquiry would be made as to whether or not the Bethgan itself would be allowed to be reconstructed in Rome, a religious center for the Aidennist Church.

Preamble In a search of friendship and cooperation, Sparta and Alpha Wolves recognize this Protectorate treaty and agree to abide to the terms therein until they decide for its cancellation or Alpha Wolves reaches a point where it can act independently as a sovereign alliance. Article I - Protection and Non-Aggression Being a protectorate of Sparta, Alpha Wolves will receive assistance, whether that be economic, political or military, and be protected from raiders or Alliance wars. Alpha Wolves may join Sparta in one of their wars if they wish to do so. Both signatories agree to pledge Non-Aggression both in private and in public and show culture and understanding. Article II - Economic Cooperation Alpha Wolves shall receive economic support when possible and reasonable for the purpose of establishing a capable economy. In addition, both signatories agree to give preference to each other when it comes to Technology Dealing. Article III - Intelligence Should any of the signatories gain information that is important to one another, this information shall be conveyed as soon as possible in private. Furthermore, Alpha Wolves shall consult with Sparta should they want to commit any important external actions, such as declaring a war or signing treaties. Article IV - Cancellation Should either of the signatories wish for the cancellation of this Protectorate Treaty, the other party shall be informed 48 hours in advance. During these 48 hours before cancellation, all Articles and Terms of the treaty shall remain active. Altough Lacedaemonia was one of the core areas of Hellenic culture, while Romania was more of a latinised area, nonetheless, Hellenes and Romanians did share certain historic ties. The two had been together already under the Ottoman yoke, the two had fought together in the Balkan Wars and in the Great War. But to the politicians in Bucharest, such old stories were not the sole, nor the main reason for approaching the Spartans. Rather, what they saw, were opportunities for cooperation and a possibility that certain interests between the two countries could be shared interests. For this reason, Ion Prezan would, in the name of his country, go to meet the Lacedaemonians, in order to discuss the various matters. As they had responded positively to the Romanian offer for talks, it seemed that this could be quite hopeful.
