Oh gotcha. I think it was more really #1 though. At the start you had a 4k+ average ns advantage, now it's around 7k. All I'm saying let's not pretend it was an updeclare, that's all. It absolutely was not. You can't spend the thread saying about how much they suck, and their nations delete their stuff and are surrendering, and have no warchest, etc etc and still claim up-declare. Y'all have them wayyyy outclassed. One of their guys raided one of ours and we contemplated killing them ourselves, and we just got out of war. Y'all don't even have that many wars with them, since most of them are out of your range. So just enjoy your XP raid :)

You can buy 2 a day if you have an MP, and 3 if you have an MP and a WRC.

Perhaps report the Silent Expeditions nations as multis, which is another common D1 trick. Most dishonest alliance in the game, no exceptions to that rule. Odds are it's their fangirl DT being herself, just like she was last round. It was great when all her nations got destroyed at once. I should have screenshotted my war screens for posterity's sake.
