[b]Article I: Military Central Command[/b] The signatory alliances will participate in cooperative military planning and joint operations through the same. Methods may include central forums and/or IRC channels, guide/resource sharing, limited shared private forum access, and/or other agreed upon cooperative initiatives. Any such cooperation will involve all signatories as equals. [b]Article II: Wartime Cooperation[/b] In times of war, military operations of the signatories will be centralized, with the signatories most efficiently sharing war duties with each other in order to maximize damage given. This is not required by this document, it is simply what we do. [b]Article III: New Signatories[/b] The Duckroll may add new members with a unanimous agreement of all signatories. [b]Article IV: Withdrawl[/b] Any signatory may withdraw from this agreement at any time. Article VII: Espionage All signatories of this agreement recognize that espionage against other sovereign alliances is neither honorable nor desirable; it is an act of war and should be treated as such. Article VIII: Sovereignty All undersigned alliances recognize and respect that each is a sovereign alliance and agree not to interfere with the internal affairs of other signatories. Article IX: Modification The terms of this agreement may be modified by the mutual consent of the FA and two-thirds (2/3\\\'s) of the member alliances of Pegasus. On reflection ... a couple of days ago peace was offered to TPF on condition of an apology and two rounds of warring. And now, the night after we launch a few poxy wars, its suddently white peace on the table. In the same breath I'd be the first to admit that I thought the "others" expected a full on war when this kicked off. So whats that say .... ? They wanted a full on war, but only on their terms? They never wanted a full on war, and Athen's & Co dragged em into this kicking n screaming ... ? They realised their CB wasn't worth a ball of lint and didn't wanna spill blood over it. ... Or, possibly, somone saw sense? Naaah. Never happened before ..... likely didn't happen tonight. Oh well. Till next time.
