I don't know where this should go but I'm putting it here since it references game stuff. The in-game account of one of my ministers was compromised, and kicked everyone but me off the AA, since I'm alliance owner. We are currently working to correct this and get people back on the AA. We would ask that you be cautious of your raid targets. I or another gov't member can confirm any person in GDA should it be required. Non Grata and UPN? o_O I really don't know Non Grata, but UPN always been cool, so this should be a cool treaty, if not an interesting one.

The minimum number of soldiers you can have without going into anarchy is 20% of your population. You can buy more, but there are drawbacks. If your soldiers equal 60% of the population your environment is affected, and at 80% your population becomes unhappy. 20%-30% is a recommended range for peacetime, closer to 30 if you think you might be tech raided.

Given the recent trends in war declarations, I'll propose "The War of Preemption". Nice and catchy IMO.

I am insulted and appalled that you would dare start a war against SF. You guys have committed the crime of breaking my perfect record of being leader during all global wars. It is written in section B, subsection J of Unwritten, Inane Rules for Warfare that "All wars must take place while sippyjuice is president of GDA." I am currently MoFA and GDA doesn't have elections for another month. I demand that you halt this insanity immediately until I can coup power and maintain my record, or I start tickle-torturing people.
