lol at your link... answer... damn right. had to fight a butt naked 31 yr old chick on meth 2 weeks ago. While transporting to jail, she refused to sit down...flashed the entire city, pissed in my car, and yes, fingered herself in full view of the public while standing on my rearseat. But hey, drugs should be legal!

Guy was arrested after crashing his car and destroying a few cars in sight. After that he proceeded to scream "Thats so hot, i'm so horny" for about 10 minutes.
