So, as I'm sitting in my many IRC channels I realize from the many people that talk to me... that there are a lot of new alliances being created and in the process of getting formed... and i'm curios if it's just because of the way things are right now, the war, or what? I know that in the aftermaths of wars, alliances pop up like candy, but why don't people find other people and make one together?

Upon Second look at these terms, I find that they are poor terms for TSI. Poor Show IS. Poor Show TFO. TSI, it is with my greatest hopes that you pull through this. I know you can do this. I'm posting to announce that WAPA and I have solved our differences. The attacker was a rogue and Government Member who was involved with the queries earlier will be dealt with by their High Gov. I want to thank those who have helped me tonight to come to a reasonable diplomatic solution. Thank you once again. Tl;dr: WAPA and I have reached a diplomatic solution... thanks.
