Sovereignty

I'm just slightly curious: who the hell are any of you to criticize the inner-workings of the relationship between Europa and Invicta? If I didn't know any better, I'd say that you might be wanting to try and interfere with our sovereignty. Fun stuff.

Dear everyone,

Please look up the word sovereignty in a dictionary before attempting to talk to me about sovereignty.

That is all.

Thank you.

PS. If you feel OWF discussion about politics is interfering with your ability to control your own alliance, then you have bigger problems than the OWF.

Your key board has left behind a trail of bodies. You, dear Sir, are fooling NOONE. In fact, mere proximity is sapping my sovereignty as we speak, must.walk.away.

Your demands are interfering with my sovereignty.

In the quoted post, Willy is suggesting that you are trying to control decisions other alliances make about when to declare war. That's pretty much at the core of sovereignty.

I know this may be a difficult concept for you to understand, but voicing an opinion on an alliance's actions is not an attempt at controlling that alliance. I dislike tech raiding, and voice that a lot. Does that mean I am trying to infringe on the sovereignty of raiding alliances?

Anyone posting in anyone else's thread is attempting to subvert both the individual sovereignty of the OP and the collective sovereignty of the alliance they represent.

Just cut it out.

You've been warned.

It's true that simply voicing opinions about other alliances is not necessarily an attempt to control their actions.

But that's not what was going on in the quoted thread, and if you can't see that, then you need some new glasses.

Exactly. Invicta will do what NPO tells them to do, and any of you trying to interfere with that sovereignty are just foolish.

You, sir, win the thread. :)

Thanks for the laughs. I quite enjoyed reading this. :).

Mmm hmm, it's not like Invicta has ever done anything NPO possibly wouldn't like...like signing a mutual treaty with one of their former enemies, for instance. :v:

Thanks. That saved me some trouble.

Now use it in a sentence like these other fine gentlemen.
