As a government member who had no vote in the matter of signing that treaty. If you remember correctly I cancelled that treaty just a few months after acquiring power in Hydra.

Pretty much this. Invicta hasn't changed. I do not what you mean by having the right to speak up on the OWF and play the game they wanted to. That I know of we have never had an OWF posting ban and members can speak up at any time to voice their opinions on anything, in fact they are greatly encouraged too.

This is just another case of most of the idiots and trolls on the OWF not knowing anything about the situation, but thinking they do, and posting without fact checking. We just are generally quite quiet in public and don't think our allies business or our business needs to be everywhere. If some of you people must know, you could always, you know, try to have a respectable query on IRC or conversation on our forums with us.

That I know of we have never had an OWF posting ban and members can speak up at any time to voice their opinions on anything, in fact they are greatly encouraged too.

As many can confirm I'm not a fan of Invicta in any shape or form, but this is just ridiculous, the spirit of most treaties is that you provide help when it's wanted. Invicta can hardly DoW when Legion has specifically requested them to stay out. It isn't a curbstomp right now either which it would probably become if allies joined in. With SOS it's an optional treaty and was probably downgraded for a reason.

Your alliance should disband.

Some protectors treat their protectorates with a little more respect and allow them to act as a sovereign alliance. The protectors that don't obviously don't have the balls to really protect anybody.

When USN produces a protectorate that actually turns out to be a success, perhaps your opinion would be valued higher in what protectorates should and should not do.
