How the so-called "poaching" would be a sovereignty infringement is beyond me. I've always thought that members are sovereign over the alliance, thus inviting them to leave it is just recognizing their sovereignty: in this logic "poaching" couldn't be construed to be an "aggression" against the alliance itself. The way you do it - e.g. if you're offensive - is of course another matter.

Admittedly there's also the point that anything that suits the aggressor is a valid CB, which is a sort of "blanket" argument which can't really be debated.
