We have recently discovered some players offering to exchange real life money for Cyber Nations items. As all of you should be aware, sending real life money to another player's PayPal account or a "group" PayPal account in exchange for Cyber Nations items is a violation of the website terms and conditions:

When you submit information to Cyber Nations, you grant the site and its administrator(s) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to reproduce, distribute, transmit, and publicly display such content. You agree not to attempt to sell or profit from any such content or information via private exchanges without administrative consent. Such private exchanges that are forbidden include nation selling, giving away accounts, exchanging Cyber Nations items for items on other websites, foreign aid for real life money outside of the official Cyber Nations donation system. If you are found to be involved in any way in real life private exchanges from Cyber Nations you will be removed from this website.
This remains in strict enforcement and if you are found in violation the consequences will be severe. Likewise, those found to be encouraging or facilitating the exchange of real life money for in-game items between players outside of the in-game donation system will face repercussions. Don't let it happen to you. Please mind the Terms and Conditions. The only legal way to donate is to donate through the in-game donation system.
As we continue our investigation into this matter, if you have any information regarding anyone involved in exchanging real life money to another player or group's PayPal account for Cyber Nations items we ask that you come forward with that information immediately.
