I'm not going to begin with the usual 'wow, the posting on CN forums has gotten worse than it was in the old days' because frankly, most of it sucks. And sucks bad. And it has, certainly since I've been a part of the community.

As it so happens, some friends of mine proposed a treaty recently. In this entry of 'Treaties and You' I'll take you through my thoughts and revisions regarding what some call a simple ToA.

Sovereignty:
All signatories of this ToA are sovereign nations, and said sovereignty is not violated by any of the te

Yet too many alliances let the treaty form dictate the relationship instead of dictating the relationship to the treaty.

It appears that, for the most part, there are the following basic forms of treaties that I would say 90% of alliances use in pretty much the same basic format:

So what's wrong with the above? In my opinion, it tends to lead most alliances into basing their relationship with
Morality
