In so each signatory is fully sovereign to do as they wish as an alliance. They agree to a stance of peace towards each other, and agree not to engage in espionage against each other.Article II: You Squeak, I'll Quack Both signatories are heavily encouraged to share breadcrumbs. Both signatories also agree to notify the other in the event of a rumor involving the other is quacked to them.Article III: Birds of a Feather may Flock Together Both rubber ducks reserve the right to defend the other. Each flock is encouraged to fly with each other, however it is not required to. This flight may include stronger ducks or some breadcrumbs.Article IV: Flying South for the Winter If one flock feels it no longer wishes to fly with the other, it may opt to fly south for the winter earlier than normal. Flying south will require at least 72 hours to mobilize.
