The Puffins and these Gun Heavy Renegades hereby wish to carry their friendship to the next level and make our love ever more greater. [u][b]Arctic I: Skulls gonna be Skulls, Puffins gonna Puff[/b][/u] Both the Puffin Tribe and Gun Heavy Renegade Crew agree that each is a sovereign body. Shall one make any decision or policy, they are in every right to do so. If the other signatory has a problem with it, they should discuss the matter privately and come to a solution. [u][b]Arctic II: Arming the Puffins and Mapping out the Atlantic[/b][/u] The NADC and DB4D agree to keep maintaining their tech deals, as well as assisting each other in the economic and social sectors. The NADC and DB4D also agree to maintain friendly in public areas, and keep all disagreements to a private setting between the two. [u][b]Arctic III: Puffins with Guns ain't nuttin to mess with[/b][/u] The North Atlantic Defense Coalition don't let nobody mess with their deadly brothers. Death Before Dishonor agrees to uphold the Arctic Preservation act for their Puffin friends as well. Attacking one of them would be deadly. Although, if a Puffin or their Armed Counterparts pull an act of aggression upon foreign soil, it is optional for the other to partake in the invasion. They are however advised to. [u][b]Arctic V: Renegades leaving the Atlantic[/b][/u] If DB4D and NADC agree that this document no longer expresses the will of their people they should let the other know at least 72 hours before they dissolve this article. They also agree to air no dirty laundry on the OWF shall this take place.
