Both the alliances have decided to put this long cherished friendship on paper in and form of this treaty. Argent and the Global Protection Force hereby commit to uphold the following principles of non-aggression, respect, and defense outlined in this Optional Defense and Optional Aggression Pact. [b]I. Friendship[/b] The signatory alliances and their members will treat each other with as much respect. Before starting any conversation, Argent shall offer a brick of silver while the GPF must offer the sexual services of its whores. Signatories will show tact and consideration when addressing any grievances, namely by making full use of proper diplomatic channels. [b]II. Non-Aggression[/b] No member nation of either alliance will declare war on any member nation of the other, provide aid; which includes military, money, technology, knowledge and sexual AIIDS; to enemies of the other, or commit acts of espionage against the other. [b]III. Optional Defense[/b] In the signing of this pact, both sides agree to defend and aid one another in times of war when requested by the other signatory alliance. Should either of the signatory alliances be attacked by another power, the other is encouraged to come to to its assistance with its full strength and resources. However, providing assistance is not obligatory and the signatories may decide to refrain from assisting upon its own discretion. To request assistance in a time of war, the alliance which is in need must first send a request (with a bloc of silver/contingent of whores)to the other signatory. That alliance shall convey its decision within 48 hours of the request. [b]IV. Optional Aggression[/b] In the event that one Party requires assistance in an aggressive war against a Non-Signatory Alliance, both Parties are encouraged but not obligated to assist the other by means of political, financial, and military aid. This treaty provides both signatories with full legal justification to enter a conflict that concerns the other, if they so choose. [b]VI. Cancellation[/b] If either signatory alliance feels that this treaty has lost its relevance, they have the right to cancel the treaty by the express will of their respective decision making bodies. Notification of cancellation must be given to the other signatory within forty-eight hours (along with 100K Blocks of Silver/ A whore contingent lead by the Secretary General or his Wife). Should this treaty be revoked by either alliance, a twenty-four hour grace period begins in which neither alliance may declare war on the other, after which no such rules will apply.
